My new car buying expeience was very pleasant. I first contacted the dealership by internet inquiring about a car I was interested in. He listened to what I had to say and remained cheerful and friendly with a good sense of humor throughout this whole car buying ordeal. Omar, the finance guy, made that part of car buying a breeze. He had the paperwork done in no time and did not pressure me into buying stuff I didn't want when I said no. Thanks to a wonderful group of employees at the Elk Grove dealership! More

We were offered an excellent price via the internet, and the car lived up to our expectations. The detail work (we drove away in a new car that had been on the lot/in the showroom for three months) was not the car lived up to our expectations. I was ready to but a new car. I was nervous about purchasing a new vehicle because it was new experience to me. I was help by Mike Waller. He was a great guy! He help me with pick out a nice car and help me stay with in my budget. He went about and beyond and stayed open late to help purchase my vehicle. The finance manger was awesome as well. Paul Lanza help me through the purchasing and finance of the vehicle. He was a funny guy and made my experience there fun and relaxing. I am glad to be able to work with two great individuals who help me choose what I need for my vehicle and ease me in to purchasing a new car for the first time. I would like to thank all the staff for being great and understanding. They are one of the most friendliest staff that I know that is willing to work with around the customers. Most retail do not. I love my WRX and am looking to purchase another vehicle with them in the late future. Thank you a bunch! More

Wonderful experience! I do almost all of my purchases on the internet and had received numerous price quotes from the dealerships in our area. I chose Elk Grove even though I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to ge the internet and had received numerous price quotes from the dealerships in our area. I chose Elk Grove even though I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get there, and I'm glad I did. From the get go I had a good feeling about Mike as he was not pushy or presenting me with unrealistic numbers. He didn't bombard me with emails just trying to get me in the dealership. He was very professional! I felt what we paid was reasonable and fair, but of course, don't we always want a better deal? I felt good when I left as I had stayed within our original budget and monthly payment. My fun really began when I met Paul in the finance department. Not only did he get me a great interest rate, he is funny and has an amazing personality! Great experience and will most definitely buy from Elk Grove Subaru again! More

I had an excellent experience at Elk Grove Subaru. I set up an appointment to look at a Subaru Impreza, and when I arrived Dickson pulled the car out from the back. The dealership honored the online price without me even mentioning it first.
