While at first I was unable to get even a response from the dealership, once I was able to make contact with them, they not only took care of my issue but did it with integrity and true customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a respectable dealership that makes it their business to care about their customers. Old review: Had an issue with a new car and cannot get a call back after several messages and email. Beware...love to get you in the door and get $$ but leave you hanging afterwards. More

He let me drive a ton of cars and when I was still undecided and wanted to drive a car at a dealership next door, he called there and set me up. My husband bought a car from him while I was test driving cars next door and said the process was super easy. A week later, when we came to pick up my husband's car, I saw a car that I immediately fell in love with and after Bobby finished showing my husband the info about his car, he took me out on another test drive! I immediately bought that car. Bobby kept us up to date on the entire process with my husband's car (window tinting) and was super flexible and fun to work with. I'll definitely purchase my next car from him! More

Nice until contract signed I purchased a car in March 2018 within the first 30 days the back up cam stopped working I called spoke to 2 people first one said I purchased the car I purchased a car in March 2018 within the first 30 days the back up cam stopped working I called spoke to 2 people first one said I purchased the car over 45 days ago and warranty had expired I told him it has not been 30 days he said then it expired due to miles never asked me how many miles was on the car. I was then transferred to a manager he said there was nothing they could do I need to call Chrysler dealership. Both employees were rude and unhelpful. I will never recommend them or purchase any thing from this dealership EVER AGAIN. More

The Best Customer Service! I have to admit that VW was not included in our choice. When our Subaru Forester needed to be replaced, we considered Japanese cars. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the car that we wanted. It wasn't until one of my co-workers suggested that we visit VW in Elk Grove. To quote her, she said: "They're awesome & they will take care of you". So, my wife & I decided to check out the dealership the following day, not even expecting to take home a new SUV that night. Kyle Cuaresma saw us the moment we parked & greeted us with a friendly face & a warm welcome. We told him our challenge to acquire a new car & right there & then, he assured us that he would help us. I'm used to hearing that from other salesmen, but with Kyle it's different. You could sense his sincere eagerness to help & follow through with his promise. Never had I encountered such an excellent customer service. And true enough, on that same day, we went home with our new 2018 black VW Iguan. Thanks to Kyle & his manager, we never expected that we would take home such an awesome blessing. Without Kyle's (and his manager's) dedication & perseverance, we would still be stressing about our old car. As if their customer service was not great enough, Kyle even accompanied us home to complete the rest of the paperwork. They really worked with us in terms of our budget, not to mention the low interest rate they gave us. Because of Kyle, we discovered how a great car VW is. My wife & I love our new Iguan! We called Elk Grove VW and boy was I glad when Ivan Hansen picked up the phone. There was no prying for info from other dealerships, there was no haggling, he was just honest, and hassle-free. He made our leasing experience so easy, we were smiling and hi-fiving as my wife and I drove 2 new leases off the lot. I highly recommend giving them a call or stopping by.
