My vehicle was under warrantee still, so they have ordered the parts and will be replacing with only the $100 deductible cost to me. My AC repair was also covered under warrantee, so only cost to me was for needed oil change that I had requested as well. Oil change was well below cost of going to Jiffy Lube AND it included a new air filter. More

A long vehicle search I needed a new work vehicle and had gone to many dealers and there wasn't much success in my search for a work vehicle. We went to at least 8 differen I needed a new work vehicle and had gone to many dealers and there wasn't much success in my search for a work vehicle. We went to at least 8 different dealers. Roesch Ford had 2 used Transits available so my wife and I went there on a Saturday and met Rob Bates. He was actually helping another couple but also helped us. Roesch Commercial truck is usually closed on Saturday. We looked at the 2 Transits and told him we would let him know which vehicle we preferred. He helped not only with buying a used 2018 Ford Transit, but also with a ladder rack, spraying of the interior wall about 1/3 of the wall height, a vehicle partition, installation of a tow hitch and a front camera system that would include Bluetooth and internet capabilities. When my vehicle came back from the installation of the camera system he immediately noticed that the front camera view was 50% blocked by the housing for the Ford back up camera and internet capabilities didn't work. He called the installer and asked if this was fixable when they said no they also wanted my wife and I to purchase their backup camera system and we said no as the Transit already had a backup camera in it. It was decided to remove the after market camera system. Rob also suggested having metal shelving installed but I had other shelving plans. Rob Bates is excellent at his job. More

Joe-in financing- has been a blast to go over the paperwork with. Most people aren't in the dealership once a year looking to get a new vehicle; I realize that.
