⚠️ VERY BAD EXPERIENCE – DISHONESTY AT ELMHURST FORD & ELMHURST CDJR ⚠️ Yesterday I visited Elmhurst Ford with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Honda Prologue Touring (VIN: 3GPKHXRJ7RS510355 / Stock: ELMHURST CDJR ⚠️ Yesterday I visited Elmhurst Ford with the intention of purchasing a 2024 Honda Prologue Touring (VIN: 3GPKHXRJ7RS510355 / Stock: A510355) that I saw advertised on their website. From the beginning, there was a lack of transparency. The salesperson confirmed that he would bring the vehicle from Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and asked me to wait. After more than 20 minutes, he came back with a Tesla Model 3, claiming the Honda had already been sold—despite previously telling me he was going to get it. I then drove directly to Elmhurst Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, where the vehicle was actually on display. I started the purchase process, and they began appraising my trade-in. During that time, the same Ford salesperson showed up, which was highly suspicious. Shortly after, the process suddenly stopped without a clear explanation, and I was told again that the vehicle had been “sold.” This situation shows a complete lack of honesty and coordination, and possible internal interference between both dealerships. 🔴 Key issues: Misleading information about vehicle availability Wasted time due to false promises Poor communication between dealerships under the same ownership Lack of respect for the customer Signs of internal pressure or manipulation affecting employees It is unacceptable for two dealerships under the same ownership to operate this way. This reflects not only disrespect toward customers, but also toward their own staff. ❗ Conclusion: I do NOT recommend doing business with these dealerships. The dishonesty and lack of professionalism were clear throughout the entire experience. More
