They did not fix my heat in the truck they told me the part was back order because the Actuator went out on a lot of ford rangers, i ask why was this not a recall ? They did not have an answer . I am disappointed. I get coupons in the mail for oil changes from this dealership. I try to use the coupons and I am told .....it will be more because of the oil your car uses....or this last time they changes from this dealership. Well it turned out to me more. What a hassle.....don't mail me coupons you are not going to honor whether my car uses more expensive oil or not.
