BAD TITLES!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! We purchased a 2013 Corolla from Roesch Ford in Bensenville, Illinois on July 18th, 2016. We were assured that we would receive all necessary paperwor We purchased a 2013 Corolla from Roesch Ford in Bensenville, Illinois on July 18th, 2016. We were assured that we would receive all necessary paperwork for registering the car and getting plates before 30 days. We did not. After hounding them, they sent us out another 35 day tag out for us very reluctantly. Shortly after that we received the paperwork but it was terribly wrong. The odometer reading on the title and the odometer statement did not match and were grossly off. So we sent all the paperwork back to Roesch Ford. Needless to say today when I called to check on the paperwork ( 9 1/2 weeks from the purchase ) they had no idea when the correct papers would come. "Could be a week or a month or longer." is the response. The state of Illinois had to back check and see were the problem of the odometer reading is. So another question, which is the correct reading? What exactly did we buy? Needless to say we now have a car that sits in the driveway unable to be used ( we were not offered another 30 day tag and frankly not very sure the second one was legal ). Their response was " not our problem ". We have asked many times over the last two plus months to return the vehicle since they cannot provide clear and clean title. Their response is either the management ignores your calls completely or " not our problem" Their own contract and the law states if the purchased vehicle cannot be titled/registered within 30 days the vehicle is able to be returned. Not a company I would recommend to anyone go to for anything. When we said we would just drop the vehicle off they throated to report the vehicle abandoned. They are definitely not one we would ever send anyone to. The only upside is the salesman we had. He has tried to help us through this entire mess. He has apologized multiple times. To bad the company he works for doesn't have the same respect for customers or have his ethics. We would just like to return the vehicle as allowed by law. Further action is being taken as we speak. More

I never thought I would find a dealer who could hold a candle to my previous dealer but the service department Robert Waters and Jose went above and beyond the call to get my classic 2000 Lincoln Town Car back in primo running condition .At a stop light on a local highway a few days later I accelerated in a brisk fashion and it moved like one of my 5.0 Mustangs, I laughed out loud. I have a 5 year old 2002 DODe Intrepid. My engine blew at 80,000 miles. I had a 7 year 100,000 mile warranty, but they would not honor it, claiming I had not maintained my vehicle properly, which is not true 80,000 miles. The employees were very rude, and even laughed at me at one point. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, especially women. The employees at this dealership treat women like they are stupid and cannot understand anything realated to automotives. I also caught several employees in lies, when I confronted them with research I had conducted about my faulty engine. Overall, I would reccomend that you save yourself future problem by steering clear of ALL Larry Roesch owned dealerships. More

Now I would definately not recommend this dealership. Greg Blaho screwed me over big time on a Smart Buy purchase and now is not helping me at all in getting out of this mess. He even tried to make me feel bad for him because he says that he is living in Poverty and has three kids. Tell the sob story to someone else. I am not even sure what that has to do with me. Management is not any better, since I bought this car 22 months ago, they are already through two Sales Managers and none of them helped me out at all. Looks like they hire some real class acts. Unfortunately for them, they lost a very good customer, that only buys Chevy vehicles. I will take my business somewhere else. All they had to do was help me out with this mess and they would have had my family and I as a long term customer. My advice, stay away from this place. There are many other Chevy dealers out there that can help you. More
