Larry Roesch Ford on Grand Avenue in Bensenville have always attended me with kindness & respect. My schedule is very tight and I do not schedule and always have a free moment, so I call & they always fi always attended me with kindness & respect. My schedule is very tight and I do not schedule and always have a free moment, so I call & they always fit me in. They are a great staff. Courteous & kind. They even offer me a sandwich and a beverage. Great hospitality. When I called they told me a 2hour wait this past Saturday. Well Michael took very good care of me & I was out in about 45 min no more that an hour. Great Service. I was handle with care & kit gloves. I will be bringing my other vechile as well.
