I requested a parts quote over the internet and after getting the information I provided there was a discrepancy over what was available for my vehicle and what I requested. I stated that the price quoted was a little bit higher than another location but that I would still buy from Elmwood Dodge for the convenience of not having to drive 45 minutes one way. I had been shopping a specific brand of Vechicle, (Saab) and had visited several local dealerships. While looking for my 97x, within the dealer network, it became apparent to me that Saab is a " four letter word in the car industry! (and now part of history, as they are no longer) Nevertheless, I was undetered, as I said, I knew what I wanted. Noel, James , and Dennis passed no such judgement upon me or my needs. In fact they embraced my decision. We did go back and forth a bit on the price, but in the end settled on a VERY fair price, and I feel as if it was a win/win when all said and done. Everyone at Elmwood Dodge should be commended on their professionalism, Especially Noel Tavarez! As he provided courtious service, and treated my family and I with great respect and went out of his way to make sure that when I drove away, that nothing was left on the table which would prevent me from doing future buisness with this fine establishment! Only to folks at Elmwood Dodge knew much about the vehicle and they actually had one on order that they were willing to customize to meet my needs. James and Justin in sales and Ben , the Sales Mgr., all worked with me to put the deal together and handle various issues. Justin showed a great knowledge of high performance vehicles and took me out in a regular SRT-8 for a great ride. I was at all times treated in a friendly, respectful, professional manner . I would recommend Elmwood to anyone having an interest in Chrysler products, which have improved dramatically under Fiat ownership. I was positively impressed by my experience at Elmwood Dodge , in contrast to the negative vibes one gets at most dealerships. More

Bought a 2006 Jeep GCL from Elmwood Dodge. Josh was a complete pleasure to work with and went above and beyond on helping me find a vehicle that would suite my growing family. I and the prior salesman was told on a thursday afternoon at 3pm by they owner of that dealership that he didnt have the time to talk numbers on my trade in or the purchase of one of his vehicles because he has somewere to be. Bottom line he costed his dealership 23k. The minute I steped into Elmwood dodge I was greeted by multiple people including management offering to help. And the key word here is help!! When my wife and I walked into Elmwood Dodge after a long day of jumping from dealership to dealership, we were greeted by Justin as if we were old friends. Now, we were in the market for a used Minivan for our growing family, and we had determined (From what we had been offered at the other dealerships) that we were looking at a 6 or 7 year old vehicle. When Justin pulled a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan out for us, I immediatly thought he was going for the upsell. I couldnt have been more wrong. The price he quoted me was 5,000 less than the best price I had gotten on a van that day, PLUS it was 5 years newer, had 74,000 less miles, an AMAZING warranty, and most of the options we were looking for! Once we agreed upon a price, we met Vinny Asermely, the finance manager. Vinny has been in the finance business for over 26 years and let me tell you, he knows ALL the ins and outs. He was able to get me an interest rate that was 4 points lower than my own bank was offering me! Once the deal was final, and I had the keys, Justin went out of his way to look up the service history on the vehicle and noticed that the van had not been detailed (Which could have fooled me, because it was SPOTLESS.) So he offered me a free detail the next day. When I went back to have it detailed, Justin gave me a tour of their service department. I was blown away, I had never seen anything like it before, even at service only stations. Truly an impressive operation! Elmwood Dodge has made a lifelong customer out of me.
