Service dept Took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Erin Stockman that it would be 1 hr 20 mins. She had a attitude like either take it or leave it. I asked about a problem that my truck is having and asked if I could bring it in on a Saturday and she said during the week would be better. I said I couldn’t because I use my truck for work and she informed me that we all have to work. So they took my truck back, 1 hr 45 mins later I walked up to Erin to see if it was done and she said coming soon. 2hrs & 25 mins later I went back out to the service desk and talked to another service advisor because Erin went home. He told me that they were waiting for paperwork and he comped my oil change because of the time it took. I would think that since the service advisor is the first person the customer sees, that you wouldn’t have such a rude person as Erin as a service advisor. From talking to other people around there. I guess that it just wasn’t me that she treated like dirt. More
