I put a down payment on it sight unseen and a week later it arrived. They communicated with me every step of the way. We had a snafu with my bank's pre-approval letter and thought it was going to be a nightmare. But they found me another lender and an even better rate! When I went to do the paperwork it was smooth sailing. Sophia took great care of us and even entertained out 4 rambunctious kids while we were in finance. She was a joy to work with and her upbeat personality kept the car buying experience fun. Overall I give it 5 stars. And coming from a picky person like myself, that's saying something! More
