We loved the way the car drove and the quiet ride. The paperwork was efficient, and the staff polite and helpful. After the sale, Bart took the time to walk us through the dashboard setup, link our phone to the car, and assure that we werensetup with On Star and Sirius XM. More

I love the Bolt, but I'll focus the review on Mitch a This is my first ever online review. I knew the car I wanted (the all-electric Bolt) going in. I love the Bolt, but I'll focus the review on Mitch and Emich. Mitch gave the best first price of any of the dealerships I had contacted, by a significant margin. There were never any games with extra fees or costs of things I didn't want. They were happy to provide the discount (way below KBB) I was looking for on any Bolt, not just the one I initially asked about. They were patient when I was uncertain about the exact vehicle I wanted, and never pushed my into anything I didn't want. I didn't want the wheel locks since I'll be changing wheels seasonally, and Mitch remembered to make sure that I got standard lugs several hours after I'd forgotten about my request. When I'm looking for my next family car, my hope is that Chevy will offer a Traverse with a plug-in option so I can go to Mitch and Emich again. More
