I had my vehicle in there several times with the same issues. They said they couldn’t replicate the issues. I took it in again very upset. I had an appointment on a Monday they couldn’t find my appointme issues. They said they couldn’t replicate the issues. I took it in again very upset. I had an appointment on a Monday they couldn’t find my appointment and had my vehicle til Friday. On Thursday they said my vehicle was sitting there and they didn’t check anything. They promised me they would check everything. Still couldn’t replicate the issues. I take it home Friday and it it continued to have issues. I took it back to them on Tuesday. No apologies they replicated one issue. They told me something was wrong with the radio. But didn’t fix it. My screen keeps going black. This place is horrible. More

Talk about a terrible experience. The blind spot detection doesn't work reliably on my Bolt EV. Last April I took it in and paid Emich to replace the radar detectors at their recommen The blind spot detection doesn't work reliably on my Bolt EV. Last April I took it in and paid Emich to replace the radar detectors at their recommendation. Less than a year later the left one has stopped working reliably - again. I took it in with the understanding that Emich warranties their work for a year. The service advisor I worked with said (paraphrasing) "Absolutely not! You are paying again to have us take a look at it, you are wasting your time, and you are a sucker for paying for us to fix it originally. These new cars are far too complex for us to fix." So yeah, not the best experience I have ever had. Just a warning to you all. More
