They advertise Porsche Cayenne Platinum Package and we found out later it was a Base and they put the blame on others and completely deleted the AD online, Also we asked if any hail damage on the car and found out later it was a Base and they put the blame on others and completely deleted the AD online, Also we asked if any hail damage on the car and the sales agents say if we have a single dents we have to legally note it in the description but there were 9 dents which we saw the next day after buying the car from them. Bought the car in the evening and it was dark so didn't see anything until the very next day in the day time. Also, we were told there is a CarPlay installed which we asked about thousand times before buying and they repeatedly said yes but they didn't couldn't test for us as they didn't have the genuine Apple cable and we fell for it. We asked everything before buying and contacted them next day with all the issues. We have all the paper work and everything in writing from them. Please don't deal with these guys, very very rude after the sale happens especially the guy goes by the name LUCKY and Marc changes his behavior right after the purchase but very polite before the sale happens. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Avoid this dealership. We will be taking legal action against them but wanted to let others know. More

Very very poor communication by Matthew service writer, and Jeff. The service manager agreed with the service writer. I was told since I am not pay the bill that someone else is paying the bill even though and Jeff. The service manager agreed with the service writer. Said if I’m not paying the bill, they could care less to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle. Originally they told me if he died in two days, a week later, they’re still playing games. I recently bought the vehicle from another dealership, and the other dealership is paying the bill for the repairs. More
