I purchased a 2026 Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. My sales specialist, Tiffany, was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very patient with me even though her workload was heavy. Please make the effort to pass on my appreciation to her and give her some sort of accolade she can hang in her cubicle. Brian, in finance, was great. He covered everything, and like Tiffany, was patient and never pushy. He and Tiffany both are effective listeners. It was the best experience I'd had in a finance office.
