The sales person I dealt with was very good. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership car value calculator gave me an idea of my trade in value. The dealership appraiser came in much low He was knowledgeable and helpful. The dealership car value calculator gave me an idea of my trade in value. The dealership appraiser came in much lower than that calculated amount. This bothered me tremendously and I nearly canceled the purchase. Because my deposit of $1000 was not refundable, I completed the transaction. I will certainly think twice about using this dealership again.. More
