The team we worked with were exceptional in everything from paperwork, emails, and professionalism. They had all the paperwork ready to verify and sign as soon as we arrived. THIS was fantastic, because other places we have waited for HOURS for them to copy or write down what we had already sent. After we had worked out the numbers and were ready to see our car, we were shown the features and the sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through set up of our profiles and showed us some features we might enjoy. Lastly, we were handed off for final signatures and finishing up of paperwork. All in all, we were in and out of the whole place within an hour and a half, max!
