Everyone there was incredibly kind and fun to work with, both Tiffany and Zach. I felt bad because Tiffany originally helped me, then when I came back a few days later to get my car, I was given over to Zac both Tiffany and Zach. I felt bad because Tiffany originally helped me, then when I came back a few days later to get my car, I was given over to Zach and he had no knowledge of what we were doing. But he was such a good sport and was very kind and courteous. Tiffany was also great and fun to work with. The only thing I would say could be improved would be to have just a little more knowledge of the car I was buying, as some of the information I received was not accurate. Ryan, John, and Christine were amazing to deal with. I had some frustration trying to work things out before I could come in for a test drive, but once I got in, everything was smooth. This is the worst possible place to get your car serviced at. They sell Kia's there but don't know a thing when it comes to fixing them. They will tell you your car is fixed when in fact its not, they will t at. They sell Kia's there but don't know a thing when it comes to fixing them. They will tell you your car is fixed when in fact its not, they will take7 parts out of other customers cars to put in yours, and your car will come out in worse condition than it was prior to bringing it in. And you will be lucky if you are able to get any response from them on any updates on your car. Then they will lie to cover up any screw ups they made and make an excuse which they should obviously do research on before talking a bunch of gibberish trying to make it look like they know what they are talking about, when they are clueless. Don't let their friendliness fool you! More
