Lease Return Again, this dealership let us down. Car is at lease maturity. Spoke to GM finance and was told just to bring the car back to the original dealer. M Again, this dealership let us down. My wife did that and was turned away and said they were too busy to help and she needs to come back next week. I called GM Financial Services and they called the dealership as well and of course they spoke to Victor. Victor stated the same to GM Financial. Then they called and Curry Chevrolet down the street and they would be happy to assist. It’s amazing, they are nice to you before you buy from them, then you get treated like dirt. Thanks Victor. Throughout the 3 years, the general employees have been good to deal with. Service was good, the people were friendly and helpful. Three years later, we had a simple question to ask. When dealing with the general employees things are fine. Until we were sent to a manager. Martin was his name. Said he was a manager, just wasnt helpful. After not getting a correct explanation, I wanted to speak with his manager. That turned out to be Victor. I explained the situation and my frustration and then he got extremely rude. It’s unfortunate that I as a customer was treated like that. Well guess what Victor, there are other dealships and I wont ever use yours again. O More
