Came as scheduled told part was t there and they would call me when it arrives. Called twice to no avail....called after 12. Last call was told at 1:15pm come in so we can put part in. I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t call them. Oh well I guess customers time doesn’t really matter. I learned a valuable lesson today. More

Lease Return Again, this dealership let us down. Car is at lease maturity. Spoke to GM finance and was told just to bring the car back to the original dealer. M Again, this dealership let us down. Car is at lease maturity. Spoke to GM finance and was told just to bring the car back to the original dealer. My wife did that and was turned away and said they were too busy to help and she needs to come back next week. I called GM Financial Services and they called the dealership as well and of course they spoke to Victor. Victor stated the same to GM Financial. Then they called and Curry Chevrolet down the street and they would be happy to assist. It’s amazing, they are nice to you before you buy from them, then you get treated like dirt. Thanks Victor. Poor Management It’s unfortunate that I feel it necessary to write this. My wife and I leased a 2015 GMC Acadia through this dealership. Throughout the 3 years, the It’s unfortunate that I feel it necessary to write this. My wife and I leased a 2015 GMC Acadia through this dealership. Throughout the 3 years, the general employees have been good to deal with. Service was good, the people were friendly and helpful. Three years later, we had a simple question to ask. When dealing with the general employees things are fine. Until we were sent to a manager. Martin was his name. Said he was a manager, just wasnt helpful. After not getting a correct explanation, I wanted to speak with his manager. That turned out to be Victor. I explained the situation and my frustration and then he got extremely rude. It’s unfortunate that I as a customer was treated like that. Well guess what Victor, there are other dealships and I wont ever use yours again. O More

Missed opportunity for a sales I was a serious buyer ready to purchase my next car. It seemed that the sales person I was assigned to didn't care to give me much of an attention, ma I was a serious buyer ready to purchase my next car. He hardly knew what products they had in stock and I felt I have to pull all the information out of him. And in the end when I asked whether I could test drive any of their new cars they did not have anything available. Don't have have time to waste sitting around in the car dealers.
