Terrible experience! It is so sad as to what has become of the former City Cadillac. The Empire Cadillac service department is a total joke! They had no problem selling me an extended warranty for close to $6000 but they refuse to provide a loaner vehicle. My Escalade was at Empire for 7 weeks back in February (no loaner, only excuses) and now it's been another 3 weeks so far as I type this for them to repair ALL the same issues they allegedly were supposed to repair earlier this year. On top of that, their communication is horrible, they simply DO NOT CARE. It's really a shame because City Cadillac was such a great dealership. I strongly recommend visiting another dealership because this place is a complete joke! More
