Friendly staff, very informative, doesn’t pressure you like crazy to buy right away. Really seem to care about their customers cause they want you to come back
This was my second time buying a car from Liberty Subaru and once again the experience was excellent. This time I requested a price online and was contacted by Dan Rovelli. Throughout the whole process, Dan was always responsive to my emails or phone calls. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the available options. All information including pricing was given upfront. There were no high pressure sales tactics or rushing me through my dealership visit. I also received an excellent trade in value for my current car (2x what another dealership had offered me). Rob Bontemps helped me with the finance part of the process and options for extended service warranty and other protection plans. He explained all the options and helped me pick out what was best for my needs. I was not pressured to buy anything that I did not want or need.
Dan was also very considerate when working with me for the best date for me to pick up my new car. There was no pressure to take the car that day. When I picked up my car, Dan explained all the features and helped me to set up my phone. He patiently answered all my questions. About one week after getting my car, I received a follow up phone call from Dan to see if I had any questions. He also again told me to call if I should have any issues. The customer service is outstanding!!

"Very Good Experience with Liberty and Brian Goon"
We went to Liberty to purchase an Outback after contacting several dealers about pricing and leasing costs. Liberty's price was the best and Brian was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered many questions over the two weeks we were in contact.
The experience with Brian when we went in was very positive - no pressure, straightforward answers and no surprise costs. I was very pleased doing initial pricing via the Internet (we started from the Subaru of America webpage) and from friends' recommendations (Liberty was recommended by a friend; Brian was the one who responded).
Although we ultimately decided to purchase elsewhere because Liberty was a little too far away, I highly recommend Brian to anyone. We were very pleased.
