Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of West Islip

I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but honestly I would recommend avoiding Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of West Islip altogether. I bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie from them in May and was told would recommend avoiding Empire Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of West Islip altogether. I bought my 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie from them in May and was told when purchasing it that the truck was Certified Pre-Owned and had warranty coverage. Not even 3 months later, the radiator cracked and the truck started overheating. When I contacted the dealership, I was given completely different answers about the certification and warranty. I was eventually told that the warranty supposedly started before I even purchased the truck, based on mileage from when THEY had it. I even have dated proof showing the exact mileage the truck had when I purchased it. If I had been told from the beginning that I wasn’t actually going to have the warranty coverage I thought I was getting, I would’ve purchased another warranty when I bought the truck. Instead, I relied on what I was told and ended up getting screwed and having to come $1,400 out of pocket for the radiator, thermostat and fluids. What really bothered me was that after I explained the radiator was damaged and the truck was overheating, they still told me to drive the truck almost 2 hours back to their dealership. They knew what was wrong with it and still suggested I make that drive. Since then I’ve called multiple times, spoken with management, sent them the repair receipt they requested, and have repeatedly been told somebody would call me back. Nobody does. They had no problem communicating when they were selling me a $30,000+ truck, but once there was an actual issue, getting someone to take accountability or even return a phone call has been impossible. At this point I will also be contacting Ram/Stellantis directly and filing complaints regarding the entire situation. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. More

Best dealership in Long Island, this would be my 5th lease with West islip and it just keeps getting better and better. Working with Jonathan was a breeze, he made everything run smooth and easy. Steven was up front, honest and helpful from the first phone call to the point I finalized the purchase of my used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I wish that all the sales personnel I have delt with in my life were as nice and hard working as Steven was for me. He is the total opposite of what anyone might imagine a used car salesman is like. I live three states away and was not able to get up there to see the Jeep in person. I asked about the overall condition of the interior and most important, being in the salt belt during winter, how the undercarriage of this Jeep was. He Facetimed me and walked around the Jeep and went through the interior and most of all he actually crawled under the Jeep, outside on a freezing cold day, while Facetiming me and showed the whole underneath to put my mind at ease. Unheard of, he is amazing!! I can't think of any sale rep I've delt with in the past that would have gone above and beyond like Steven did. I am out of state, and he kept in touch with me on a regular basis keeping me in the loop and finalizing all the documents until I could make it up there to finish the deal. He has a great personality, and I highly recommend that anyone going to Empire Chrysler Jeep Ram of West Islip, NY, request Steven Pollina as the salesperson to represent them for their next vehicle purchase. From start to finish he was excellent!!!!!!!!! Five stars to Steven!!! More
