Fix your mistakes I was receiving call after call after call (sometimes 4-5 calls) asking to call back about my 2014 patriot. I finally returned the call after getting I was receiving call after call after call (sometimes 4-5 calls) asking to call back about my 2014 patriot. I finally returned the call after getting so fed up, and was told that since my jeep was going over miles, they wanted to see what they could do to get me out of the lease early. I was given information about some "deal" going on where they wanted to get everyone in a new vehicle for no money down etc. After the TERRIBLE experience from the original lease, where we were put in a jeep paying double what we should and were basically ripped off, I swore I would never step foot in their lousy establishment again, and explained that to the girl. She looked up how much I was paying and was SHOCKED. She seemed so genuine about wanting to help us, gave me a "VIP" appointment with the manager and promised a good deal (I even have the transcript of the voicemail she left-thanks iPhone). Well- my husband and I walked into our so called VIP appointment, they had no idea what I was talking about (because the girl wasn't even there) and it seemed more and more like a scam to get you in the door. Three people looked at my old lease and couldn't believe what happened and couldn't understand the payment or why we were put in a 60 month lease...but .. could care less. Because the value of the car appraised at 11k- which how that happened is beyond me.. and the buyout from the original lease which they messed up on to begin with is too much... no one could do anything. So, you harass me 4x a day for months, make me waste half my day, and then laugh in my face? I swore I would never step foot in an Atlantic dealership again and now I remember why. I will also continue to tell everyone I know what creeps you all are! More
