THE PEOPLE I DELT WITH IN THIS DEALER ARE LYING THIEVES!!!!! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALER AGAIN AND THANKFULY I DIDN'T FALL FOR PHIL MARRATTA OR MICHAEL HAHNS SCAM. I WENT INTO THEIR STORE ON AUG 19TH 2 I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALER AGAIN AND THANKFULY I DIDN'T FALL FOR PHIL MARRATTA OR MICHAEL HAHNS SCAM. I WENT INTO THEIR STORE ON AUG 19TH 2014 LOOKING FOR AN USED JEEP. MR HAHN WAS HELPFUL AT FIRST AND I DROVE A 2010 JEEP LIBERTY PRICE AT ABOUT 17,000 WHEN WE RETURN HE AND THE MANAGER GAVE ME A PRICE OF 15,500 I WAS GOING TO PUT 8,000 DOWN AND FINANCE THE REST APPROX 8,000 AND THEY HAD MY PAYMENTS AT 229 FOR 60 MONTHS. I WOULD BE PAYING 5,700 BACK INTEREST. I QUESTIONED MY CONCERN AND ASKED THE INTEREST RATE THEY SAID ABOUT 6%. I BELIEVE THEY MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN THAT PAYMENT OF 229 A MONTH BECAUSE THEY SOMEHOW WERE GOING TO CHANGE THE PRICE ON THE BILL OF SALE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WALED OUT. THEN WENT TO BROWNS ON RT112 FOUND A CAR FINANCED 14,700 PAYMENTS ARE 270 WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY ONLY PAYING 1,500 BACK IN INTEREST.I HIGHLY RECOMMAND GOING TO BROWNS IN PATCHOGUE 483 RT 112 ASK FOR JERMAL BLANCO PROMISE YOU WILL HAVE NO RERETS. THE ASKING PRICE ON THE CAR WAS 20,995 I OFFERED 18,000 THEY CAME BACK AT 18,600 I FELT THEY WERE VERY FAIR UP FRONT AND HONEST. ATLANTIC( CHRYSLER,JEEP,DODGE,RAM) LOCATED ON 130 SUNRISE HIGHWAY WEST ISLIP DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THOSE OUTSTANDING QUALITIES. More

We found that this was an experience unique to this dealership as other dealerships in the area were not willing to look hard enough. Terrible Place to have service I was in from out of town and I needed the car to be looked at. The service center does not answer the phone to make appointments and when they do th I was in from out of town and I needed the car to be looked at. The service center does not answer the phone to make appointments and when they do they put you on hold and then it disconnects. I brought my car in for service because I was going back to Florida the next day. The service manger knew this. They did not call for my warranty information ( I checked with the company) and claimed I had to pay cash for the service because they could not get in touch with them. There is no place to wait for the car to be serviced (nice touch) and when I returned to Florida the work had to be redone. Thanks for putting me out of $316.00 More
