Went to this dealership today with 45k in cash in my pocket ready to buy the 2014 dodge durango. Spoke to a salesman told me they had it In there inventory and would be able to get it today. Told me to wait a little bit cause he was helping someone already. I waited for 45 minutes after asking for someone to help me to go over pricing. Not one employee gave me the time of day. As I was still waiting after it being an hour at this point a family walked in and the salesman Giuseppe asked if they were being helped they said no we just walked in and guiseppie said what exactly can I help you with. That is when I decided to walk out of this trash bag dealership. The ceiling is leaking. Missing plenty of ceiling tiles and there is dust all over there showroom cars including a dodge viper sticker price was 133,000. Worst dealership I've seen so far. There loss they won't be getting my business. More

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Latitude a week ago and have to say I love the truck!!!! I wanted to take a few minutes of my time to acknowledge a great expericence and job well done, especially to Tommy Macca, who was the reason I decided to make my purchase from Atlantic Jeep. The sales department was very friendly and helpful except for one of the Sales Managers who was a little pushy and abrupt. After doing my own research, taking a test drive and reviewing the price I decided I wanted the truck. I had given the necessary information to get the final numbers on the financing (which was the most important part to me). I had met with Tommy the next night and was given all the figures. I could not take possession of the vehicle until the following Saturday and Tommy assisted in making that happen as well. When I came in the sign the paperwork and pick up my truck, I had some concerns regarding the financing and wanted to make sure it was all as quoted and everything matched. He gave me as much time as I needed, was professional, a gentleman, reviewed every item, made sure it all added up and most important that I was comfortable with everything. I honestly felt I was treated like an important client who's concerns came first rather than just another commssion or sale. I also would like to mention the spare key to my truck was no where to be found. I was advised that I would have to return on a week day between the hours of 2-4pm. Having my own job during those hours, it was not convenient for me to do so. Tommy went above and beyond to work around that and had it set up that they come to me. I have an appointment next week. That was a huge relief and was very much appreciated. Being a manager in a customer service related job, I know the value of doing all you can to work with and assist your clients. In my line of work I am in cntact with dealerships on a daily basis and have to say purchasing a vehicle is not something I look forward to. Trust and confidence is not exactly what comes to mind. This purchase has changed my views on that. It is extremly difficult to find competent, hard working employee's in today's job market. It's refreshing to know that someone still has good work ethics. If all the managers, sales and finance staff worked this way, the dealership world would be a very different place and not have the reputation it does. I would not hesitate to recommend Tommy to my friends and family when they are in the market for a vehicle. Thank you Atlantic Jeep. I hope you realize what a great employee you have on your hands. We went to Atlantic looking for a jeep compass latitude 4x4 for our daughter. After finding the truck that she wanted in the parking lot in Silver, we were introduced to Guissepe, who was willing to sell 4x4 for our daughter. After finding the truck that she wanted in the parking lot in Silver, we were introduced to Guissepe, who was willing to sell us the car in the lot based on an advertised price of $139.00 a month. There was a second ad we were also interested in of $199 a month with zero out of pocket (no tax, etc). He immediately shook hands with my husband telling us we "had a deal". We hadn't even been offered to get in the vehicle, no less test drive it, so I inquired if we could please drive the car first. Upon returning to the dealership, we told Guiseppe that our daughter loved the truck, but we wanted one in black. He indicated that would be fine that there was an identical truck in black on its way there. We were also interested in trading in a 2002 Dodge Stratus with 87,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, we were told the value of that car was only $800, so we opted to keep the stratus. After haggling over price and being told we didn't qualify for any rebates or incentive (which I pointed out to Guiseppe that he never even bothered to ask us about anything related to dealer incentives) my husband shook hands a second time with Guiseppe for a price of $225 monthly with only first month + DMV fees for a black latitude. At that time I asked for a second time if the truck on it's way to the dealership was IDENTICAL to the one in the lot to which I was told "yea, we'll deal with that later". When a window sticker for the black truck finally appeared, he didn't offer to review it with us, I had to take it from his hand to see it. It was a stripped down version of the truck in the lot. No sun and fun package, no blue tooth. Sadly, Guissepe made 3 separate/different deals that he shook hands on for us, only to have us leave the dealership 3 1/2 hours later with no truck and a big lesson for our daughter. By contrast, 4 days later we went to Brown's dodge/jeep in Patchogue NY and purchased the identical truck with additional options for $250 month with only first month out of pocket. Rich the salesman and Rich the finance guy were both extremely helpful, and made the car buying experience what we had hoped for originally. Altantic should be reported to BBB and closed, Brown deserves a terrific review as well as a thank you from our family. More
