I went into the dealership last Monday looking to test drive the 2014 jeep grand Cherokee limited. He was able to get me the price I wanted so I put a deposit on it as I wanted to think about it a bit more. After visiting another dealership that I was not impressed with, I returned to Jason with my trade in to be appraised. They were able to give me what I wanted on my trade-in. They did not have the color jeep I wanted in stock so Jason and his team found one close by to be delivered on Friday. I picked it up when it came in and I absolutely love it. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made my purchase simple and pain free. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Kyle was recommended by my son and even though Kyle was unavailable at the only time I was available to shop, he made a point to stop and say hello. Richard "Pags" took over for me and I had a wonderful e unavailable at the only time I was available to shop, he made a point to stop and say hello. Richard "Pags" took over for me and I had a wonderful experience with him. Richard was friendly, professional and quickly absorbed my situation and needs and quickly helped me find the car I wanted. Frankly, I told him I was either getting a new Ford Escape or the New Jeep Cherokee Latitude and what could he do to sell me on the Jeep so that I wouldn't go to a Ford dealership later. After test driving 2 models, I decided the Jeep Latitude was perfect for me but they didn't have exactly what I wanted in the Jeep on their lot. Richard and Kyle researched the inventory in the tri-state area and within a few minutes found a car with exactly what I wanted. It was terrific and it came in quicker than expected. I am happily driving around in my new bright white Cherokee! I would like to point out that Richard was unavailable when I was available to pick up my car so Jason Waters helped. He was great in showing me how all the bells and whistles work in the car and even offered to upload my phone contacts which I appreciated very much. I would have to say the finance department was lagging in professionalism and swiftness compared to the 3 other gentlemen I worked with. When Jason was done showing us the car we had to wait a very long time for someone from finance to even introduce themselves. I was told early in the day that all was set and I came to get the car in the late afternoon expecting all papers to have been printed out and ready for my signatures. I don't know if this was typical of the finance department or an off day but that would have to be the only negative in my entire experience with this dealership. I would recommend this dealership and either of the three salesmen that I encountered. More

They answered all my questions and put me totally at ease during the negotiation process, as well as the finance process. Stacy was thorough and patient with explaining all the features of the jeep Cherokee during the delivery process, especially when we came to the Bluetooth features which I am not very techno logically savvy. I was introduced to the floor manager, Kyle, who was very professional and concerned how my overall experience was going and to personally contact him for any problems or concerns. I cannot express how well I was taken care of and how my overall car buying experience just flowed so well. The sales personnel worked so well together.
