I first spoke with a girl from online web sales and she was professional and did not sell me and did not waste my time. after telling her what I was looking for in regards to the car she had Rich get back was professional and did not sell me and did not waste my time. after telling her what I was looking for in regards to the car she had Rich get back to me within 1/2 hour with a solid offer. I went doen to dealer with the thought that the offer given to me on the phone would not stick, but to my surprise it did. they came in below two other dealer offers I received and made it an easy and very pleasurable experience. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP....FROM THE PRE-SALES THROUGH TO THE SALES MANAGER. SIMPLE, HONEST AND EASY. The product sells itself. They needed to be professional and not pushy. I knew that this dealership would help me. I was not prepared for the positive response I got. Not only were they helpful, they wanted to earn my business and set out to prove it. They did not have the truck I wanted, but they found the specific one with all of the equipment I asked for plus a little extra. Though it took some time, the finance department put everything right and also recommended a few necessary add ons that most people don't think about. I'm rewriting my review because I feel they deserve a second chance under the new management. I know how much he worked at this because i see the 10+ different banks that checked my credit report. I have no doubt it was the best deal I could have got at the time, and although the original deal didn't happen under his watch, he did the best he could under the circumstances and I am grateful for that. He clarified and provided the missing paperwork from the original deal. Danielle, thank you so much for listening and hearing me out and getting me results, you are an awesome person and keep doing what you do - every car dealer should have somebody like you. And Jason of course was his usual cool and slick self. The man of the hour though is my new sales guy Ryan. He was thrown into this attempt to do me right as my go-to guy between management and service - I couldn't have asked for a better man for the job. He reset my expectation and restored my faith in this dealership and humanity in general, and in the end, I got a much better loan and a new friend. We were very disappointed with the vehicle due to the failure to provide features which they stated were standard when we test drove it. I also do not understand why the vehicle does not come with the 2nd row video screen when it shows as standard for the lowest model . The salesperson Kyle Julien could not provide the price of the vehicle they were charging when I asked. It was later determined that the price car of the was evaluated at about $36,000.00 which if you look at the model we purchaed on the Chrysler web site should start at $30,530 even if you add the Navigation should only be arounf $31,530. They made no attempt to rectify any shortcomings of the vehicle. We would never again use Atlantic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram located at 130 Sunrise Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795 and will let evryone we know not to use them. This is very disappointing as we had a good experience with Atlantic Hyundai. More

I have to start my review with the fact that this dealer sells Chrysler products and my main problem is with the Chrysler product. Unfortunately this dealership sells Chrysler and takes the hit when Chrysl sells Chrysler products and my main problem is with the Chrysler product. Unfortunately this dealership sells Chrysler and takes the hit when Chrysler products brake down. Salesman Kyle Julian was a pleasure to do business with. No problems with him. Purchased a brand new Town and Country Touring Van. Brand New. Drove it home to Bay Shore on Thursday, June 20th. On Sat, June 22, packed up family for our first ride in our new automobile. Car started up then simply lost power and died. Did this several times and we canceled our plans and barely got the vehicle back home. Once engine shuts down, steering is lost as is just about everything else. A very serious problem that could result in a dangerous accident and serious injury of occurred on a major highway. Vehicle was towed back to Atlantic Chrysler on Sunrise Highway In West Islip on Sat, June 22nd. Manager Kyle assured me he would get the vehicle back to its 110%. I was requesting him to give me a different vehicle since this lease was signed less than 24 hours prior. He refused and I must admit, this Kyle needs some help in customer relations. Rich in service was professional and nice. However, my problem could not be duplicated as no codes appeared. I asked him to drive the vehicle a while to see if the problem happened again and he willing agreed. When the problem still could not be duplicated, Chrysler corporate was called by me and they were completely useless. Chrysler does not stand by its product. However this dealership continued to work with me knowing my concerns and fears. Together with Danielle in customer relations and service tech Frank and service manager Chris, we came to an amicable agreement. Frank and Chris took the time to explain everything they did to the vehicle and were very confident the problem was resolved. They were very patient with my questions and showed a true concern for my safety. I have faith in their expertise as I have had several vehicles serviced with them through the years and never had a problem. Although I would not recommend a Chrysler product, I would recommend Atlantic's service department and their customer service. More
