Hi Danielle, yes, I spoke with the service tech Frank and service manager Chris. They explained everything in detail. I was under the impression the car just went on the computer and when no codes came out, the car was ready for pick up. Frank and Chris explained what they did and then drove the vehicle a few days back and forth to Stonybrook. They seemed confident the problem is resolved. I have to admit, I am still a bit skeptical and nervous about the vehicle but they got it home for me and I will drive it around locally - very cautiously I might add! But I do have faith in your guys. I don't think they would ever knowingly put me at risk. I will be deleting my dealer review and re writing a different one in a more positive light. Although your guy Kyle the sales manager or whoever he is was not very customer friendly! Kyle Julian the salesman was a pleasure. Don't want to mix up the two. Thank you for all your help.
