It was the last day of the month went I went to pick up and pay for my new car and I had to wait nearly 4 hours to drive off the lot. The salesman Ryan was very friendly and was very knowledgeable of the and pay for my new car and I had to wait nearly 4 hours to drive off the lot. The salesman Ryan was very friendly and was very knowledgeable of the Jeep products I was inquiring about. After I had decided which Jeep I had wanted and he had ordered it for me, he told me to bring in a certain amount of money for the down payment in the form of a bank check. He failed to advise me of the price of the trade in nor the acquisition fee of $895 and sales tax on the down payment. If this happens to you, expect to pay more than the bank check you bring it. It took about 5 days to get the car I had ordered. When it came in damaged, Ryan sent it back to the dealer/Jeep he had ordered it from. Since he wanted to make the sale in the month of November, he had to order me an upgrade of nearly $7,000 and kept all of my payments the same (lucky me!). I would recommend this dealership to other patrons, but just be wary of the hidden fees. More

Well I did take a ride down and they went out of their way to accomodate me. I do need to say a special THANKS to Kyle the manager who really exceeded my expectations and gave me a GREAT deal on a new 2013 Chrysler 300c.
