I responded to the dealer with a problem with the audio controls on my radio as there was no sound. I came to the dealer at 3:30 in the afternoon with the hope of getting in today. I realize it was kind controls on my radio as there was no sound. I came to the dealer at 3:30 in the afternoon with the hope of getting in today. I realize it was kind of late in the day to be bringing a car in for a repair. The service advisor, Harvey, was very helpful and took my vehcile in right away. A few minutes later the service technician came in and explained to me what the problem was that I was experiencing. He further advised that my new cell phone that I recently got may not be compatible with the u-connect. He also took the time and showed me a web site to go on to see if my new phone is compatible. It is my opinion that I was treated with a knowledgeable technician as well as a very accomodating adviser. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly in helping me with the problem I was having. More
