William Polanco treated my mother with nothing but sheer disdain due to circumstances that did not involve her nor myself at all. The owner of the dealership called us to apologize for his poor behavior, and even forced an apology from him personally, but his actions were still disgusting and unacceptable. Highly recommend using literally anyone else. Heck I’ll even try and be a service manager for a day. More
