My daughter recently experienced a no start problem with her relatively new Jeep Wrangler. She had the Jeep jump started and drove immediately to Empire in West Islip. My daughter is a Nurse who works 13 her relatively new Jeep Wrangler. She had the Jeep jump started and drove immediately to Empire in West Islip. My daughter is a Nurse who works 13 hour night shifts and this occurred at work at the end of her shift. She needed to be back at work 9 hours later. Needless to say she was pretty stressed out. Our Service Advisor was Robert Sebor. Rob had the issue very quickly diagnosed and resolved. Rob has been our Service Advisor many times before and has always provided excellent guidance and service. William Polanco treated my mother with nothing but sheer disdain due to circumstances that did not involve her nor myself at all. He allowed dealership politics and his ego to completely overshadow any shre disdain due to circumstances that did not involve her nor myself at all. He allowed dealership politics and his ego to completely overshadow any shred of desire to help a customer while sharing some pretty ugly personality traits during interactions. The owner of the dealership called us to apologize for his poor behavior, and even forced an apology from him personally, but his actions were still disgusting and unacceptable. Highly recommend using literally anyone else. Heck I’ll even try and be a service manager for a day. More
