I was a dealer principal owing 6 of the largest New car dealerships employing 150 sales stars. I decided to buy a Jeep Wrangler Willys. Of course I understand that there is a industry wide pandemic on inventory and the MSRP today is just a guide to the real value of what you are buying. I called those I know well in the Jeep world and there were no Willys models available. So I decided to be a real consumer went on line and found what I wanted at Empire CDJR. There I had the pleasure of meeting Vinson Noel who I now consider one of the best, most educated straight and honest people In this business. Knowledgeable and forthright with every call, email and text. I in the middle of wanting a Willys Wrangler made the choice to shift venues to a Gladiator. Without a beat Vinson answered every question went back and forth with me in the value of each vehicle and allowed me to ultimately choose what I wanted with enthusiasm from start to finish. But the best part of this experience was this. I asked him if he could deliver the new Jeep as my day is very busy and the travel time of an hour each way moved my pick up date to a week later. Vinson said no problem I’ll be there tomorrow what time is good. So my new wrangler arrived in pristine condition with all papers in tact and in 15 minutes Vinson was on his way back home and I was just thrilled with the coolest version of the Wrangler series.
