They mis diagnosed a problem I had with the front end of my jeep, tried to tell me that I needed a front air ride suspension for a crunching noise I had when was going over bumps. They wanted to charge 4600 my jeep, tried to tell me that I needed a front air ride suspension for a crunching noise I had when was going over bumps. They wanted to charge 4600 dollars to replace. I got a second opinion from my repair shop that I normally go to which specializes in suspensions and they told me it was just an upper control arm bearing!! Empire tried to change out an expensive part that was not the problem !!! That was my first bad expierance , the second time which happens a week ago was when I brought it in for check engine light, they informed me that it was a few things, my fuel filter, an ecm programming was needed and device four wheel drive system. This was totalling 1600 in repairs . I am about to go on vacation to Disney with kids so I told them to just do fuel filter for now and I would bring it back after my vacation. Rob referred me to do the ecm programming as well so my check engine light would go off, so I agreed and paid 660 dollars to have that work done. I pick it up and my check engine light was still on!! And to top it off they disconnected my windshield washer fluid line so now I can't rinse off my windshield !!! I contacted the manager and he did not get back to me, I got a call from the customer service representive, Jessica and she said that I would recieve a phone call to schedule my repair , surprise surprise I didn't not get any phone call back that day...I called the next day and cannot get a hold of Jessica or William( the manager) I have been on hold for over 45 min. And I even got hung up on once!!! Poor customer service, poor service in general ...this place is always looking to charge you money!!! Stay away!!!!!! More
