These guys are as dishonest as they come. I set up a test drive for a 2014 kia optima. Price was right. Great looking car. Got to the test drive 3 days later for the SCHEDULED APPT. only to have them pull a drive for a 2014 kia optima. Price was right. Great looking car. Got to the test drive 3 days later for the SCHEDULED APPT. only to have them pull a BAIT and SWITCH on me. Told me the car had a recall and wasnt available, but offered me two other cars 3k more expensive. I told them I would wait for the car to come back from the recall. Which they said would take about a week. I called once a week for the next FIVE WEEKS and was told that the car hadn't come back yet. I asked if I could put a deposit on the car and was told no as it hadn't come back from the shop yet. I called last week (the 7th time) and was told not only was the car STILL NOT BACK FROM THE SHOP, but now there was a deal pending on the car. Just how did that happen if the car was still in the shop?!! Yet, the car is still on their website as a available and costing 2k more than when I offered to buy the car. GREAT CAR, CROOKED DEALERS.
