Update : 5/10/2021 dropped vehicle off to get stuff installed that was purchased when the vehicle was bought (over a month ago) they did not tell me they did not have 2 of the 3 things so my truck is still sitting at the dealership 3 days later after being told at drop off it will only take 1-2 days. I finally called to check the status and now being told that it will not be done till the following week. Would have been nice to have been told that before I dropped it off so I could have rescheduled and had my vehicle while they waited for the stuff to come in. Now I am without my vehicle for over a week! Very poor communication and NO customer care in the service department! Update: 5/18/2021 When the salesman/woman tells you that you will be getting a surgery from the manufacture and tells you if you score all 10’s for them and they will take care of a few things for you DON’T believe them. Once they get the sale from you you’re just another sale! Give them the review you think they deserve not one to get “things” taken care of you will get a big goose egg! I’m still dealing with a nightmare from the purchase of my vehicle over a month ago and wish I never filled out the survey from the manufacture with all 10’s! Glad I got it in an email! ALWAYS get everything in writing! More
