Our salesman BM could not have been more nice,knowledgeable & helpful. He was not a “schmarmy” salesman that typically makes me walk out of a dealership. We were not expecting to purchase that day, but BM got us to a price that we felt very comfortable with. And, the fact that he was not an annoying salesman was the most important to me!! Empire is very lucky to have him. I genuinely hope he is there when my lease is up. Tom in finance was equally as nice and it was a pleasure to talk with him. I will recommend Empire because of the two of them. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience! More
Brittany Walker was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep Wrangler. I was turning in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler after 3 years and leasing another Jeep Wrangler. My 67 year old father brought his vehicle in for service. The vehicle needed to stay to be diagnosed and fixed. The service dept refused to provide my father with a ride back home or even a loaner car. They The vehicle needed to stay to be diagnosed and fixed. The service dept refused to provide my father with a ride back home or even a loaner car. They kept giving him the COVID excuse. All day long all I see are loaner cars on the road from other dealers so COVID is clearly not the reason. Finally after arguing about this a mechanic was nice enough to provide him with a ride. FOUR DAYS LATER.. the car is finally ready. No courtesy ride was given. Needless to say I arranged a ride for my father and he was able to FINALLY pickup his vehicle. My father and myself are completely disgusted with this dealership. Leaving a 67 year old stranded with no willingness to help. I cannot believe that this is how empire treats their customers. More
