After my experience there yesterday, I can honestly say I would NEVER buy a car from you guys as well as steer everyone I possibly can away from buying a car from you guys. As a local business owner myself, would NEVER buy a car from you guys as well as steer everyone I possibly can away from buying a car from you guys. As a local business owner myself, I am appalled that you guys could try to rip me off the way that you did. Telling me you'll give me a great price on a truck that I didn't want because you guys wanted to move it and then coming in at almost $650 a month is laughable. All this while telling me that the truck that I wanted they would have no problem selling it and making money so there's no reason to give me a good deal on it. Also, I didn't feel that you were genuine and that you were trying to sell me on something that I didn't want. If that person sitting next to you was a person that you were training, I hope he realizes that the way you treated me was unacceptable and that you lost a sale as a result of it. Just so you're aware, when I left you, I went to Atlantic Chevy and purchased a $55,000 Silverado. I came to you guys ready to make a deal, but you were unable to be a good person and tried ripping me off. The only good experience that I had from my visit was the manager who came over and tried to smooth things over and came back with an acceptable deal but at that time I wouldn't have taken a truck from you if it was free. Lastly, when I decided to leave, the manager said thanks for coming in and was genuinely nice, and you however had nothing to say and didn't even say goodbye. As a customer who is very loyal, doing the right thing could have gotten you sales for years, but now as I stated, you will lose more sales then just mine. I hope you take this as a learning lesson and change the way you deal with customers. Thanks. More
they missed diagnosed my repair. was not shifting out of first gear on occasions. no engine lights, ect ect, they changed out egr valve for 824.69 did not fix the problem. it may have been bad but of no co first gear on occasions. no engine lights, ect ect, they changed out egr valve for 824.69 did not fix the problem. it may have been bad but of no concern to me if i still cant drive the car. was not going into limp mode as they told me. i can go as fast as i want and plenty of power just stuck in first gear as i stated. did not need to change it at this time. they didn't listen very well when i told them the issues apparently. ialso had the wheel bearings replaced and now there is a terrible vibration when accelerating. i will now have to pay another diagnosing fee with another dealership to get shifting issue fixed and have the wheel bearing repair fixed as well. very poor customer service especially if your calling in and trying to talk to someone.brian never returned calls. have to call multiple times and only extension anyone answered was sales then get them to transfer you only to go to voicemail system, they are way understaffed and i felt like there deal was just running through a bunch of cars and fix anything to keep service rates up. definitely didn't do a good job troubleshooting this car and didn't seem to care that they made a mistake. no refund offered just bring it back and well keep trying "changing parts" till u cant afford it anymore.
