My leased Ram 1500 Ecodiesel required major engine repair, from start to finish Michele was excellent. Typically dealing with another Dodge dealership I was accustomed to grouchy service personnel who repair, from start to finish Michele was excellent. Warranty had me tow the vehicle to Empire Dealership, my first experience working with them was great. Michele was extremely helpful the first night my truck got towed in and her and Tom helped me secure a long term loaner Vehicle while my truck was being serviced. A really great feature they use is a text messaging system, it was super easy to communicate with Michele and she answered my questions very promptly. I would recommend Michele and the service team at Empire Dodge, and due to my experience will consider Empire for my next lease. Thank you Michele! More

Showed up for an oil change late. I came from Oyster Bay which is not a short ride especially in rush hour. Jeep stopped servicing oil changes earlier in the day (which is there policy).
