Not only is the car awesome, payments were low off the start, but I get great services at the dealership for free. Does right even with hiccups I recently purchased a 2018 charger hellcat in early December. The salesman Ricky knows his SRT vehicles inside and out and is very trust worthy. We had some mild issues after the fact with the financial aspect of the deal that caused me concern. Tom in finance stepped in with joe who is one of the managers and they did the right thing and made my concerns go away. This review easy could of went wrong way but the level of professionalism that Tom showed working with joe and Ricky will allow me to enjoy my new hellcat and I’m looking forward to dealing with this crew in the future when I upgrade my wife’s truck. I own a business so I know things can go wrong at some point but it’s the way you handle after the fact and make right that counts in the end! I highly recommend these guys! Worst experience on having my truck repaired. The lack of respectfulness, the service advisor is just rude and or incompetent. I had my truck in for repair, advisor told me it needs a wire harnes The lack of respectfulness, the service advisor is just rude and or incompetent. I had my truck in for repair, advisor told me it needs a wire harness. It is on back order. I wait over a month he never calls. The day I call him he tells me it just came in, yeah right. They replace the harness and cut out my LED lights, and I mean the cut them out that there is no way to hook them back up. Guess what - it wasn’t the harness. Big waste of time and money at this place. I was hoping to contact John Staluppi – of course you can’t. He needs to know that his employees at Atlantic Dodge are the worst, but I am sure he doesn’t care. More

The lease company came back to us (over nine months later) and demanded over $2k for excessive damages.. Atlantic Jeep-Chrysler (Peter Zorzy - VP Operations/Lianne Dunne - Administrator) came to our defense and in-fact absorbed a negotiated settlement, They were polite, professional and very supportive, They saved the day. Terrible Brought it in to fix a small dent and chipped paint, didn’t notice it before buying car and signing papers, or I would of never purchase it. Fast forward to service appointment , They weren’t able to do it that day after assuring me it would be done. They had me re schedule promising it would get done. Bring it in, then get a call at night saying they fixed the dent, but they don’t have the paint anymore. You knew I was coming a week in advance, after not getting it done the first time, and again you screw up? This place sucks. More
