I was upside down on the car I was trading in and he still made It happen with a comfortable payment. He was very honest with my and he was not pushy at all. When I went to see Tom in finance we ran into a few curveballs due to banks being weird but he worked a few different angles and made it happen for me. He took the time to explain every little detail so I knew exactly what I was paying and made sure there was no unexpected fees or payments.
