Horrible sales management horrible salesman Constance was a wonderful person to talk to on the phone she got me to come in she greeted me with a smile she was very professional to my dismay she Constance was a wonderful person to talk to on the phone she got me to come in she greeted me with a smile she was very professional to my dismay she had to hand me off to her sales manager who came off very fake and then handed me off to a salesman who couldn’t even get up to shake my hand seem to have no interest in selling me a vehicle or finding out what my needs were never followed up with a phone call or an email after my visit. The salesman seemed totally diss interested in providing me with something that would fit my needs what a shame that the greeting was the best part of the experience which is sad. More

Not even a week later he got us the vehicle we wanted and the price we wanted. I was very surprised when he called us that he had our vehicle as he promised and made his customer very happy :). It wasn’t just Mihai that we had a great experience with we also delt with Anthony Macca finance who also was great to work with. Great job by all who helped during our search. More

We got her a better offer on a car with Browns (about $50. per month less with more equipment) I tried to call and was told it was in motion for a refund, it never happened. Finally, we were forced to go to our bank for help. I have never worked with such bad customer relations.
