Friendly staff but long wait and hidden cost hurt experience I interacted with several associates at Atlantic Dodge, all were very pleasant to talk to and wanted to make sure I was comfortable in my choices. I I interacted with several associates at Atlantic Dodge, all were very pleasant to talk to and wanted to make sure I was comfortable in my choices. I wish the experience with the individuals at the dealership was a sign of things to come in the rest of the process but unfortunately not. There were about 4-5 hours of my weekend spent waiting to talk to someone, whether it was to follow up about the car features, waiting to go over the financial agreements, signing the paperwork at the end of the day. What ended up being 30 minutes of actionable time at the end of my process, was really 2 hours based on time waiting as one associate handed me off to another. In addition, a termination fee was tacked to my lease which was never mentioned at the onset and the dealership I came from did not incorporate in their lease agreement paperwork. All in all, I got the car I wanted, and I had pleasant and convenient interactions with the staff, but the wait time and hidden fee brings down my overall experience. More

He was extremely patient and accommodating as I had to bring my two toddlers with me for the three hours I was there going through the purchasing process. Ken was vastly knowledgeable regarding the truck I was buying. He answered all of my questions accordingly and definitely made the whole process run smoothly. I will only return to this dealership and nowhere else for all of my vehicle needs and purchases. I would also like to add Shameiqua was very helpful in moving the process along quickly and efficiently for me. Anthony Macca, the manager was so kind to my kids. THE WORST EVER!! I would love to name the people responsible for this dreaded review but I can't name a a single person in the dealership...why you ask? Because for 15 I would love to name the people responsible for this dreaded review but I can't name a a single person in the dealership...why you ask? Because for 15 min no one greeted myself or my brother not a single hello. However a customer buying a Durango did say hello because he was a decent human being we even joked around,crazy He even told his salesperson these guys want to by a car which we did and the salesperson brushed us off. I guess one a sale a day is the max here. It's crazy how two guys can want to buy a car and the dealership doesn't even want your business. The best part the manager sitting behind his desk in the blue shirt black pants saw us I even saw him look at me on the way in and on the way out still no greeting. I didn't mind waiting I honestly just wanted to buy a dam car. I value service like anyone with a head on their shoulders and if you value service stay away from this place. Sad I come from retail and this is by far the worst experience to date. The best part of being there was I got to use the bathroom probably the best part of my experience and I found it on my on.
