I will give credit to my salesman(Steve) who is genuine and sincere, as well as a woman(Kim) who works there that was beyond caring and stepped up to the plate to try and help with the issues. If you had no other choice than to come to this dealership, I would suggest asking for Steve or Kim. Oh I should probably add, I’m a repeat client here: bought my current Jeep here, was a certified pre owned, and they had it in their service department more than I had it the first month. And the finance paperwork was done incorrectly back then and they had to have me re-do all my paperwork. Thought as a repeat client I might have been treated a little better, but clearly not. More

Unorganized and unprofessional I had a confirmed appointment with a sales associate to work out a deal for a 2018 Durango, I walked into the dealership 15 minutes early and the sale I had a confirmed appointment with a sales associate to work out a deal for a 2018 Durango, I walked into the dealership 15 minutes early and the salesman (Mike) met me and was working with another party and said it wouldn't be long. As it turns out I waited an hour and 15 minutes, I left the dealership and the salesman called me an hour later to reschedule. I told him I would buy my car somewhere else, and that it wasn't the wait itself, it was the complete disregard for my time. In the hour and 15 minutes, no one, not the salesman his manager or anyone else spoke to me, asked me to be patient or offered me a cup of coffee. And the dealership was not busy, given by the laughing coming from the managers office. More
