Deceptive online pricing Scamm Alert! Atlantic Jeep has on their website under each vehicle get Best Price Now. I picked a vehicle that I wanted and selected get Best Price Now. I then had Atlantic Jeep has on their website under each vehicle get Best Price Now. I picked a vehicle that I wanted and selected get Best Price Now. I then had to select Buy, Finance or lease I selected Buy. I also had to check off rebates I would be entitled too. In about 5 minutes I received their best price I was satisfied with the price and went to the Atlantic Jeep dealership to buy the vehicle. I meet with a sales person who brought the deal that was sent to me by Atlantic Jeep to a manager. The sales person came back and stated they could not do that deal for a buy I would have to finance the vehicle through one of their banks. I stated to the sales person that I checked off buy not finance and that I have the copy of everything. He stated he would go and speak with the big boss about this so we can get the deal done. I waited about 30 minutes and the sales person came back and stated the boss said Atlantic will honor the deal I said great lets do it. The sales person asked for all my information and proceeded to call my insurance company to put coverage on the vehicle. We both spoke with the insurance company and put coverage on the vehicle. The sales person told me what papers and check amount I needed to bring into the dealership later that day. Then after all this time about 2 hours the boss told the sales person that they changed their mind and would not do the deal. The boss said they would only do the deal for $2,000 more than the price they sent me from their website. I said why do you do this to people send them a price waste their time and then change your mind and expect people to pay $2,000 more. I said I would not pay $2,000 more than the price that was sent to me and left. I had to cancel the insurance and will have to start over with another dealership. I have bought from this dealership when it was Herbee Dodge before it was taken over by Atlantic with no problems. I have also bought numerous vehicles from other dealerships and have never experienced any kind of deception like this. Atlantic Jeep is obviously taking advantage of deceptive pricing off their website and then try to con you in why it will be $2,000 more than the price they sent you. Atlantic Jeep is nothing but a deceptive fraud of a company and should be shut down! More
WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH This place needs to be closed. I purchased a vehicle from them 2 years ago and had the WORST experience ever when buying a new car. I waited over a This place needs to be closed. I purchased a vehicle from them 2 years ago and had the WORST experience ever when buying a new car. I waited over a month for them to contact to let me know they have the vehicle I chose and put a deposit on to arrive, which they had told me was on its way and then it never showed up. Somehow a vehicle that had a deposit on it was sent to another dealer supposedly. I gave them other options I was OK with and they said they would contact me when anything came in that matched. Well while I waited and waited for a call I checked their website and sure enough they had one on their lot. Not only was it on their lot when I went to them it was on the ramps in front of the building for all to see, and according to them it had been there for a few days. No call to let me know. When I got there to actually purchase the vehicle it took 7 hours to finally leave. It took over 2 hours to get the vehicle off the ramps to be cleaned and do the PDI. The finance manager decided to go out for dinner when the vehicle returned so I had to wait for him to get back. When he finally got back and I started signing, they tried changing the price I was supposed to pay to a completely different price. Now all the paperwork had to be redone and add to the wait time. For the inconvenience and to give them 10's they offered me 3 extra years of free oil changes. Seeing that they offer free oil changes for the first year and I have the extra 3 years I continued to use them for that to save a few bucks every few months. The only positive I can say about it is they have an express service so I can go and not worry about needing an appointment. That is where the positives stop. Every time I go there, there is grease all over my door and who knows where else. Never a consistent amount of mileage till my next oil change on the sticker. One time it is 5000 miles another is 3000 miles, or some other random mileage, always something different. One time there were letters in the mileage literally letters and numbers for my next oil change. After my first year of oil changes were up they tried saying that I had no more free ones. I kept all my papers and showed that I still have another 3 years. So they told me they would do something, but tried to get out of it by never inputting it into the system. I wouldn't be surprised if this is common practice there. I at least was able to get them to add what was owed to me seeing I had the paper work from them showing it. So during my last oil change I had by them, I also wanted to have them cancel the protection plan I had paid for. I was told it was done and that I would receive my refund in about 11 days or so. Fast forward a month and still no refund. When I called MOPAR protection plan to find out the status I was informed that in fact it was never canceled and there is also an issue with my plan as it stated that my vehicle has almost 200,000 miles on it. When they called the dealer to find out what was going on the dealer didn't even have the proper vehicle listed on the plan and it was the service department that messed up the mileage. Just adding to the incompetence of this place. Now back to the last oil change experience. Once again grease all over my vehicle, but at least I could read the sticker this time. What I didn't know until about a week or so later was that they never put the bolts back into the skid plate. I found out when it dropped and started to drag while I was driving. Luckily this happened when going through an interaction right after a red light and not while on the expressway at speed, which could have cause serious issues if not an accident. There was one bolt left that the plate slid into that I was able to tighten up to hold it in place until I got there for them to fix it. When I brought it in to have it fixed it took them over 2 hours to do nothing. I say to do nothing because after my keys were handed to me I went to check and the bolts I knew were gone were still gone. When they brought it back in I went under to show them what was missing and at this point I did see 3 new bolts up in the front which I was not aware had also been missing. One of the 2 bolts they put in was not even in all the way. So now I have 3 out of 7 bolts (4 if you count the one that was not put in all the way) holding a large steel plate to my vehicle and the original mechanic thought that was enough to give me back my vehicle. I cannot wait till I get a new vehicle from another dealer and never have to deal with this place again. More

Great experience, but gave 4 stars because I had to go back the following day to finish paperwork. More

I put in a inquiry online and right away Seidee reached out to me and was understanding to my problems and needs. We set up an appointment right away . She was so nice and helpful . Seidee had brought us over to Richie D. Who made us feel right at home like family . All in all we left with our 2013 Scion and very happy . Another awesome factor is that even after the sale they keep in contact with to make sure everything is running good ! I will recommend this dealership to everyone and anyone ! Thank you ! More
