Rob S has been our sole Service Advisor for our 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited since our purchase in January, 2021. Rob’s service has always been excellent and his excellent service continued with our last vi Wrangler Unlimited since our purchase in January, 2021. Rob’s service has always been excellent and his excellent service continued with our last visit. Our vehicle required some warranty body and paint work that Rob advised could take near 3 weeks to complete. With that Rob prearranged the required work and provided a loaner vehicle (which I wish to add was delivered to us by Rob in a very clean condition). During the course of the warranty work there were part delays that extended the repair time for which Rob kept us completely up to date on. Upon completion of the work Rob ensured that we were provided back a vehicle with all the issues corrected and pristinely detailed. The vehicle looked brand new.
