I basically did all the research on the truck just went to dealer to sign the deal. No sales tactics were involved. I brought based on pricing and the deals ford was running. Kevin was professional and spent time showing me different vehicles that matched my criteria. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, it took the dealership 11 days to transfer my registratio different vehicles that matched my criteria.
