Skeptical in New Bedford I personally and professionally have been dealing with this Ford location for over 20 years. When I heard that there would be a change in ownership, I personally and professionally have been dealing with this Ford location for over 20 years. When I heard that there would be a change in ownership, I was Skeptical. Change is uncomfortable. Needless to say, when I went in for service on my car, my skepticism was extinguished. There were still some familiar faces there to welcome me and I met some great new people. The service was excellent and thorough. A few weeks later I went back to purchase a new vehicle. It was refreshing to experience a sales staff working as a team. Sometimes... change can be good.
