Awful Skylight isuess on a 1yr old truck I brought it in for service and empire did more damage to my truck with scratches and dents..... They sent it out for repair I was told it was complete when I went to pick it up there after still scratches and a dent and the paint work was awful..... Been without my truck for a month now More

Last minute fit-in I called first thing in the morning to come in for possible water in the deisel fuel system. They agreed to replace the fuel filter, but wouldn't have I called first thing in the morning to come in for possible water in the deisel fuel system. They agreed to replace the fuel filter, but wouldn't have time for anything deeper than that. That alone is outstanding! I have been told by other dealerships that I'd have to wait 1-2 weeks to get that service. When finished, the light was still on, and they agreed to take it back in to test the fuel for water. It turned out to be a bad sensor, which they didn't stock I travel the country, so never can make appointments, and always have to try and fit it. Debbie went the extra mile to help me get back on my way, and I appreciate that! More

Excellent Service at Empire Ford! I had an unexpected serious issue with my Ford and they were excellent in taking care of it! They took care of things in a timely manner, made sure I I had an unexpected serious issue with my Ford and they were excellent in taking care of it! They took care of things in a timely manner, made sure I had alternative arrangements for getting around while my car was in service, and made the whole experience as good as could be given the circumstances. I highly recommend them and I truly enjoyed the experience (who can say that about the hassle with unexpected car troubles!). More
