Treated myself to a top-of-the-line Escape Titanium Simply, I needed a new car, and I wanted a new Escape. I had purchased my 2002 Escape from this same dealer in 2001 when they were located in Syosse Simply, I needed a new car, and I wanted a new Escape. I had purchased my 2002 Escape from this same dealer in 2001 when they were located in Syosset. I was pleased to find their level of service to be as excellent now as it was 14 years ago. Jesse, my sales specialist, was very friendly and congenial. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle, and how he thoroughly went over the cost with me. He answered every question I had. My new SUV was ready the next day for me. Howard, the financing guru, walked me through the credit terms and financing steps with the ease and expertise of a seasoned professional, offering both wisdom and advice. In my own career I am expected to maintain a very high level of customer service and I train others to do so. Ford Lincoln of Huntington maintains a very high level of customer service. They exceeded all my expectations, which are very high. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service to my new Taurus the service department at this dealership is the worst I've seen in years. the service adviser was rude, he lied about the level of service which was the service department at this dealership is the worst I've seen in years. the service adviser was rude, he lied about the level of service which was basic 20 /M mile check up, he held my car an additional day without letting me know which left me stranded for a day. then to add insult to injury, when the work was done. told me he cant send the pick up car that dropped me off a day in a half before because it was too far. xxx! If this dealership comes up in a web search, and your thinking about going here. RUN FOR THE HILLS AND FIND ANYBODY ELSE BUT THESE BUMS. More

Tried to return a leased car I leased a Lincoln from another dealer and was interested in another and wanted to return my end of lease to them. They would not take it citing the fact that they would have to do all the paperwork on the return. Even after I told the business manager that I wanted another Ford product. He said he'd be happy to lease me another car but would not take my old one. I returned my car to the leasing dealer elsewhere and went to Acura down the block. More

After several calls from Amy Brent, and many e-mails she REFUSED to give me an internet price as FORD promised.She insisted it would be easier for me if I came in to the dealer. I moved on to another dealer who made the process a pleasure via phone and e-mail. Just bought my F150 Platinum from them. If you're promised a quote online , you should get a quote online. More

Each time I brought my brand new 2014 Lincoln in for issues they damaged something else, they broke my window, destroyed the interior window trim. I should have know what kind of place this was when they delivered my brand new card that had a huge dent on the passenger side, which they tried to hide. I have a failed seat and seat heater, which has been on order for over 3 weeks. I called today to find out the status and was given a date of 12/19 to bring it in. Once I told him that is not good for me George immediately got nasty with me and told me to take my car somewhere else. Terrible customer service.Stay far away from this service center. More
