He impressed me when I returned the next day unannounced and he remember my name. The lease of the Escape went very smooth and John explained the car to me completely. I was relieved at how friendly and down to earth John, Wayne and Rob were throughout the entire buying experience. Everything from the trade in of my BMW X5 with Wayne, to the credit application process with Howard and finally the Sales experience with Rob and John was well above my expectations and I have no reservations about recommending anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle to go down to Ford Lincoln of Huntington and sit down with any of these fine gentleman. No hassle, No sales gimmicks. Just plain old good service. Great job guys!! More

He told me that they can't do another dealer's work, that I have to return it to where I got it. I tried to get a word in about wanting another car but he was so angry, I stopped trying. The woman that answered the phone at the service department asked me if I bought the car here. I said no. She then said "Well, why are you calling here". I ended up making the appointment anyway despite her rudeness. I made the appointment for 7:30am the following week. I get to the dealership and the gates are closed, circled the building until 8am - still closed. I called numerous times and no one picked up. I decided to leave and go to work. At 8:15 finally someone picked up at the service dept. I found out that the svc. dept was in another location, which I would have also known if they picked up at 7:30 when I called. I was so frustrated and annoyed that I asked to speak to the owner Steve Weiss. Right off the bat I could tell in the tone of his voice he had no patience or time to speak to me. I explained to him my bad experience and all he could say was "I don't know what to tell you" and he said "Well it's not uncommon for a service dept to be in a different location" with a condescending attitude and kept repeating "I don't know what to tell you". Finally I said why don't you start with an apology! Aren't you the owner?! This dealership is not professional and obviously do not care about their customers. I should have been told when I made the appt where the svc. dept was located and an apology was absolutely necessary! More
I have leased a Ford for over 15 years I have been to several dealerships. I can honestly say that coming to Ford Lincoln was the best thing I have ever done. Our salesman was the most professional and courteous person we've meet in a long time. He helped us pick the perfect vehicle, we couldn't be more pleased. Not only did he listen to our needs, but he then handled every aspect of getting us behind the wheel and on the rode in no time flat. I was looking for a used car and as far as good used cars go they are very difficult to find. I was very concerned about buying a "problem". I went to several locations, but did not feel like I was getting t go they are very difficult to find. I was very concerned about buying a "problem". I went to several locations, but did not feel like I was getting the full story. I decided to try a national dealer like Ford. I was happy to find the sales rep John was knowledgeable not only about the car but its past. I found a 2013 that was a pre-owned Ford Certified, it also gave me the power train warranty for the remainder of $100k mile. John also shared the car fax and previous owner (no accidents) and the pre certified check list right down to the two new front tires to pass certification with more than 50% wear. The car was set up and ready to go on time and John spent plenty of time showing me how to use the electronics. I was also very happy to find out that using the dealer I was eligible for 24 hour roadside assistance. It is also very important to me that I have a face and a phone number, John offered both. I genuinely had a great experience and I love the car. More
