Hello, I am reaching out to you in hopes that I am able to hear more about your situation at Ford Lincoln of Huntington (FLOH). My name is Tim and I work with FLOH in several capacities, most importantly consulting in customer service. If I was waiting in a dealership for 45 min. expecting to be assisted and was not, like yourself, I would be very upset to say the least. I don't know anyone who likes waiting, much less for 45 minutes to spend almost $50,000. It is situations like yours that make me realize how important it is for FLOH to improve on its ability to service customers in a timely and professional manner. There is no excuse for this to happen to you. What there is room for is improvement in how people are treated, the sales consultants awareness of someone like yourself being there and the ability for them to improve on this type of situation. If you allow me the opportunity to speak with you, you can be assured that I will make the owner aware and make sure that this type of behavior is not, ever given to another customer that walks in. The only way for the team and company to become better is to hear and understand people like yourself through people like myself.
